I found this cookbook. It was a cookbook that my husband grandmother put together with a group of other women from the Eastern Star at Morris Chapter in New Goshen, Indiana. I don't know the year is was written. My husband will be happy that it has his grandmother's version of Red Velvet Cake and Frosting. I lost my recipe, but I remembered that the frosting was a cooked frosting and not a cream cheese frosting. I will be posting that recipe along with several other recipes in the future.
